Photovoltaik-Business Park Berlin-Marzahn

The Marzahn – Hellersdorf borough of Berlin has awarded HONG Architekten the preliminary infrastructure planning of a 90ha area of the “Wolfener Straße” industrial zone.

The aim is to promote the settlement of PV-branch production firms by providing a customised infrastructure. Based on a detailed examination of the requirements, we will integrate the concepts for energy and other media supply as well as traffic and disposal facilities in a general master plan. Based on this, EU subsidies will be applied for in order to realise the concept. We are working on this job in co-operation with the consulting engineers Schlegel und Inros Lackner.
